A phone call or a cup of tea. You tell me what your organisation needs and what budget you're working with. I tell you honestly what's possible - and if you don't need me, I'll say so.

A website, a rota tool, a piece of honest advice - you see progress as it happens, and nothing goes live without your say-so. Most websites take two to three weeks; tools often less.

Delivery isn't the end. Updates, backups, tweaks and a real person on the end of an email - so whatever we've built keeps working long after it goes live.
