I'm Simon

I've spent over twenty years in professional IT service management, with broad experience of how technology is used in many different environments - large and small. The common thread has always been keeping important systems running properly: security, backups, accessibility, data protection. I'm ITIL-certified, which is the boring way of saying I take running things seriously.

Digitelos exists because small organisations deserve the same care. A village hall, a parish, a coastal charity - none of them can afford an agency, and none of them should have to gamble on getting a website that's abandoned the day after launch. So I build sites and tools properly, price them plainly, and stay around afterwards.

I live in Slapton, near Start Bay in South Devon. Most projects start with a friendly chat - in person if you're local, or by phone and email if you're further away. Either works just as well.
